I am the Director of Operations for The Nikki Wolfe Group at eXp Realty.
With a deep passion for the housing industry, I bring years of experience across new construction, flipping, and remodeling—along with a strong background in estimating, office management, and sales. I love analyzing numbers and turning that insight into practical, reliable systems.
My goal is simple: keep everything running smoothly and help clients get great results through data-driven processes and strong operations. With an attention to detail, organized approach, and “make it happen” mindset, I ensure projects stay on track and aligned.
When I'm not working, I enjoy building and creating—whether that’s remodeling my home, crafting furniture, or tackling landscaping. That's not all, I also love cooking, working out, and going to concerts. I have two wonderful children that are my world: a son who loves riding his dirt bikes and a daughter who is an exceptional hairstylist.
